We support any size of customer, from a sole proprietor accountant or bookkeeper to large corporations. We serve customers in more than 20 countries including the UK.

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge on AP and AR management
• Posting of credit card transactions
• Posting of Staff claims
• Posting of Payroll Journal
• Posting of bank transactions, including allocations to debtors and creditors
• Knowledge of Xero, QB, Sage and other Bookkeeping software
• Knowledge of Supplier payment runs
• Balance sheet reconciliations like PAYE/ NI Reco, Supplier reconciliation, Bank reconciliation, aged debtors, Aged creditors, Payroll reconciliations, VAT reconciliations, HP Schedule, Bank Loan schedules, etc
• Preparing management accounts (added advantage, not mandatory)

 

Requirements:

• Any commerce graduate/postgraduate/Inter CA/CA
• Ability to apply basic accounting principles
• Analytical skills to review the books and identify variances
• Good written and verbal communication skills including understanding of dealing with the clients
• Highly motivated
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ready to work cooperatively in teams
• Multitasker
